Silicon Assassin Project

Production on this project is wrapping up and we're all very excited about it here at Mondo Cult. Series creator (and Mondo Cult Publisher) Brad Linaweaver has given us permission to post these exclusive pix from this past weekend's shoot.

This episode, "Window of Opportunity", was directed by Mondo Cult favorite Christopher Douglas-Olen Ray. "Window of Opportunity" turned out to be prophetic for Mr. Ray, as it marks a milestone in his career. It's the first time he has directed his father, legendary cult director Fred Olen Ray, in a film.

The Silicon Assassin Project, is a web series launching in mid 2013 and starring Richard Hatch. The series is a Gilicon Productions and Silicon Assassin, LLC, in association with Lucky Tiger Films, LLC.

Silicon Assassin is a sci-fi webseries where artificial super human beings are created to save earth. Other featured series regulars include Brinke Stevens as President Medusa, Paula Labaredas as Bubble Blonde Girl, and Vicki Marie Taylor as Lady Twilight.

The series was written, created & executive produced by award winning science fiction author, Brad Linaweaver, in tribute to his late friend, Chuck Hammill. Series episodes have been directed by Richard Hatch, Christopher Douglas-Olen Ray, Edward L. Plumb, Marie Ilene and Jeff Szalay.

The theme song was written and performed by The Fabulous Miss Wendy, who also conceived of and stars in the music video with Richard Hatch and Paula Labaredas.
